Arte Factum
The start of Wages of Cine’s large scale collaborations. The idea was simple, have 12 filmmakers make 12 separate short films all surrounding a mysterious artifact known as the Arte Factum. This is chapter 1 of the anthology. You’ll find all 11 other chapters, along with interviews with their Directors, on the Wages of Cine YouTube page.
Old Man of the Rooks
With Wages’ second large scale collaboration they decided to change things a little bit. 12 more directors, but the story had to continue from one director to the next. Each having no idea what the one before them would do, and then only having 1 month to complete their film and continue the story.
